Systems Engineering

TRIAEM’s Systems Architects collaborate with stakeholders to define the system per a customer-defined framework. Agile Coaching
TRIAEM has assisted dozens of teams at NGA in the development of project initiations by coaching teams to determine project risk, build project plans, and create Agile sprint plans for execution. Used Human-Centered Design, Lean, Agile, SAFe, and Lean Startup methodologies to coach and consult with over 50 teams. Trained over 4,000 NGA employees in Agile methods.
Scaled Agile
TRIAEM is currently a lead driver in the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework. Our SAFe® certified professionals are key participants assisting the customer with quickly delivering user accepted features while aligning to the overall enterprise architecture.

Cyber Security
As an ever changing and maturing discipline, TRIAEM stays on the forefront of securing our Nation’s IT infrastructure. We are currently providing technical support, engineering, architecture, testing, and Information Assurance services for DHS through the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) program and in support of the National Cybersecurity Protection System (NCPS). TRIAEM’s engineers are embedded across the cyber community and stay updated on the latest cyber developments.
Information Security
We research, develop, implement, test and review information security postures in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access. Our security professionals manage changes to systems and assess security impacts; prepare and review documentation to include Systems Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs); support security authorization activities in compliance with DHS 4300 and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process.

Imagery Science
From algorithm development for imagery science tasks and image processing algorithm validation & verification to knowledge of design concepts, coding, debugging and programming languages and tools, TRIAEM’s scientists provide the high level of technical support required for our GEOINT customers across. Solving the customers’ most technical problems is one of our core-expertise focus areas.
Geospatial Intelligence
We provide experience imagery analysis services, imagery artifact analysis, GEOINT product quality assessments, and NIIRS evaluations. Additionally, our GEOINT services include individuals with engineering and technical experience who are able to provide critical thinking and troubleshooting support across all sensor platforms and products.
